📦 Return & Cancellation Policy – Novus D&C
At Novus D&C, we value transparency and fairness. To protect both our customers and the integrity of our products, we maintain a strict return policy that applies to all product categories — including sealed boxes, graded slabs, single cards, and mystery packs.

🔒 General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase only and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be honored.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

✅ Eligible Returns (Strictly Limited)
We may only approve a return if all the following conditions are met:
The item is factory sealed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
For single cards or slabs, the card must remain in the same condition it was sold (no tampering, resealing, or grading attempts).
For sealed product (ETBs, booster boxes, packs), the wrap/seal must be intact and untampered.
The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Opened or tampered sealed products (packs, boxes, ETBs).
Mystery products (grab bags, custom lots, or randomized bundles).
Cards/slabs removed from their case or packaging.
Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards.
Orders beyond the 7-day return window.

📧 Return Process
1. Contact us at novusdandc@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the product.
2. If approved, we’ll issue a return authorization and a prepaid label. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds (minus the 10% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping) will be processed within 10 business days.

🔎 Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or attempted tampering are not eligible for return/refund.

🌍 International / EU Orders
For shipments into the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery (EU law). Items must remain sealed, untampered, and unaltered.

Mystery packs, bundles, or randomized lots are final sale. No guarantees are made about specific cards.
